The Management of Sumar Orchestras & Entertainment wishes to thank you sincerely for allowing us to share in your special day.
It is very important to us that the music for your affair be most entertaining and enjoyable for you and all of your guests. The following is information to help you in this process.
1) Please complete the forms on the bottom of this page and then submit via the submit button. This must be sent back at least within four weeks of your affair so we have time to review your requests.
If you would like to include a “do’s and don’ts” section or any additional requests, please feel free to do so. Please keep in mind that on average; approximately ten to fifteen songs are played in an hour. Our entertainers will make every effort to include as many of these requests as possible. The number of requests granted can vary due to the many variables that occur at a reception.
2) Also on the party item form, these are fun & can add excitement to the party. If you're interested in ordering, the additional charges will be added to your balance. If you’ve already purchased a package that includes these items, do not submit this form, only if you wish to purchase additional items.
3) When making your seating arrangements, please consider the position of the Band/DJ in relation to your guests and the dance floor. People sensitive to certain styles of music may wish to sit away from the Band/DJ area. This is also very important!!
4) Make sure that there is ample space for the Band/DJ to set up their equipment (Approx. 15ft x 10ft) close to the front of the dance floor to allow contact with the dancers on the floor.
5) Please keep us advised of any changes in your contract regarding starting time, address & phone numbers. All time changes must be sent to us in writing. 6) Enclose any word documents or paste directions to for catering hall. If you know which room your party will be held in at the facility please also provide that information.
7) Song suggestions for your First Dance, Parent Dances, or any other special dance can be found on the extensive song list page.
